First time making my own sausage. Ordered some Blue Ribbon Polish, and Jalapeno Brat. From the time I placed my order until the sausage hit the table, everything went great. Order was received and shipped neatly, and on time. Seasoning blends we're on point in usage and flavor. Not very often you find a company like this on your first attempt, but I'm happy I did. PS Seasoning is the best especially their Butchers Blend Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub. It's a must too for steak but it's also great on chicken and pork. I started with the smaller size from my grandson's school fundraiser. As soon as I realized how awesome it tasted, I went to their website and bought the larger size. I can't wait to try their other rubs. I recommended it to others and will continue to buy from them. You get a free sample with each order so you can try different products too.

The bottles may visually appear as your ordinary store spices but they aren’t and compete with gourmet blends imo. I adore my whole order of items but my favorite is the Caesar. I have used it since my order arrived. I hope the sell the commercial sized shakers as options in the future. I’m officially a repeat customer! Beer bratwurst Alfredo incorporated the Caesar and I’ve made baked wings with both. I’m stewing chicken wings with jasmine rice for my Sunday dinner and added the Caesar blend to my other seasonings.
